Thank you for shopping with BLACKGIRLSTEES.COM. Because our merchandise is custom-produced, we enforce a strict policy regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations. Please review the terms below carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

We understand mistakes happen. If you need to cancel your order, cancellations must be made within one (1) hour of the order being placed. After this 1-hour window, your order enters production and cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded. To request a cancellation within the timeframe, please email us immediately with your invoice number.

All Sales Are Final

Outside of the 1-hour cancellation window, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing errors, or buyer's remorse.

Order Accuracy & Shipping Addresses

Please thoroughly review your order details, selected sizes, quantities, and shipping address before completing checkout.

 Address Corrections: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.

 Lost or Stolen Packages: BLACKGIRLSTEES.COM is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. Once a package leaves our facility, custody handles completely through the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking & Confirmation

Immediately after your purchase is completed, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing:

 Your official Invoice Number / Order Number

 Your itemized purchase summary

 An Expected Arrival Date

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can monitor its journey.

Delivery Issues & Missing Orders

If your tracking status shows your package has been delivered, or if it has surpassed its expected arrival date and you have not received it, please contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) directly to file a claim. We do not have access to additional shipping details beyond what is visible on your tracking link.

Exceptions: Incorrect Orders Only

Merchandise can only be returned or exchanged if we shipped the incorrect order (e.g., wrong design, wrong size than what was ordered, or wrong item entirely).

If we made a mistake on your order, please contact us immediately. To process an exchange for an incorrect item, you must provide:

1. Your full name and contact information

2. Your Invoice Order Number

3. Clear photo evidence of the incorrect merchandise received

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging to qualify for a replacement.
