Thank you for shopping with BLACKGIRLSTEES.COM. Our goal is to get your custom apparel to you as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our shipping practices and timelines below so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

All apparel and merchandise on BLACKGIRLSTEES.COM are printed on demand. This means your items are custom-made specifically for you after your order is placed; we do not maintain a warehouse of pre-printed stock. To offer you the best variety of high-quality designs, we utilize a hybrid fulfillment system:

 In-House Printing: Many of our exclusive designs are printed, packed, and shipped directly from our own facility.

 Third-Party Printing: To keep up with demand and offer a wider range of products, select items are printed and fulfilled by our trusted third-party print partners.

Because everything is printed on demand, your order may arrive in separate packages on different days if you purchase multiple items. You will receive tracking information for every package shipped to you.

Standard Shipping Timelines

Because our merchandise is made-to-order, please allow 1 to 3 weeks from the date of purchase for your order to be processed, printed, and delivered.

 This timeline includes both our custom production time and carrier transit time.

 Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Large & Bulk Orders

If you are ordering for a group, event, or placing a bulk/large order, you must plan ahead! All large orders must be placed at least eight (8) weeks prior to your event or deadline.

Due to the custom nature of our apparel and the time required to source blank garments in bulk, we cannot expedite large orders past this 8-week production window.

Order Tracking

Once your order (or a portion of your order) has been printed and packaged, a shipping label will be created. You will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking link to update within the shipping carrier's system.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is 100% correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages that are returned to sender, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx), BLACKGIRLSTEES.COM is no longer in control of its delivery.

 We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

 If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office.
